"Most networking tools were built to help organizers run an event. Prospectre is built for the people in the room — to figure out who you should actually talk to, not just to capture cards after the fact."

I spent my career at the intersection of AI and complex systems — first as an AI software engineer building intelligent applications, then as a solutions architect figuring out how those systems fit into real organizations. That background gave me an unusual vantage point: I understood what AI could do, and I could see exactly where no one had applied it yet.

In 2025, I attended MilVets25 — a military veteran startup conference in San Francisco. Two days later, sitting at SFO, I was holding a stack of business cards and couldn't match half the names to faces or conversations. I'd spent two days in a room full of people worth knowing, and the tools had completely failed to capture any of it.

What struck me wasn't the lost cards. It was the earlier problem — I'd had no real way to know who I should have been talking to before I walked in. Ninety percent of what happens on a conference floor is random. That's not a memory problem. It's a design problem, and it's one AI can actually fix.

That's what Prospectre is built to do: show you who to meet before you walk in the door, and make sure the conversations you have don't disappear into a pile of forgotten cards afterward.
